Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Maintenance Electrician in Lake Park, GA. You will perform highly diversified duties including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across production facilities.

The role requires the ability to work unsupervised, diagnose issues, and provide electrical expertise for building, storage, and processing areas. Travel may be needed; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ proven experience in high level maintenance environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematic diagrams, manuals, and engineering specs to follow electrical code.
• Installs power wiring and conduit for machines and equipment (motors, conveyors, PLCs).
• Skilled with hand and power tools, voltage testers, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to dismantle devices and fabricate repair parts using shop equipment.
• Flexibility to operate under stressful conditions while maintaining focus on goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical systems across production facilities.
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend improvements to the Maintenance Manager.
• Work unsupervised and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.
• Travel locally as needed for business requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and operate with high ethics and integrity.
