Job summary

Highline Warren is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to join a senior maintenance team. You will lead maintenance activities, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate preventive programs across multiple systems.

Expect to oversee PLCs, calibrations, and electrical work while guiding junior technicians and collaborating with engineering and production to boost reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and systems.
• Proficiency in advanced maintenance techniques including predictive and condition-based maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced expertise and experience in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Lead troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Inspect equipment to identify root causes of failures and supervise repairs.
• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of control systems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and collaborate with engineering and production.
