Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex and chronic equipment failures.
• Interface with PLCs, controls, and automation systems (non-programming).
• Conduct root cause failure analyses and corrective actions.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Mentor and develop Maintenance I and II technicians.
• Drive reductions in unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering on equipment improvements.
• Promote maintenance best practices and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
