Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or related industry.
• Strong diagnostic and root cause analysis abilities.
• Experience interfacing with PLCs, controls, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex and chronic equipment failures.
• Interface with PLCs, automation, and control systems (non-programming).
• Conduct root cause failure analyses and corrective actions.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Mentor and develop Maintenance I and II technicians.
• Drive reductions in unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering on equipment improvements.
• Promote maintenance best practices and standards.
