Job summary
Amcor LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and repair maintenance on production machinery, ensuring continuous production of high-quality film while upholding safety standards.
You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, and support equipment installation. The role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, a technical certificate, and proficiency with PLCs and drive systems. Excellent safety mindset is a must.
Qualifications
- Industrial Maintenance Certificate or Technical School degree.
- Minimum 5 years proven job experience.
- Knowledge & Understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair maintenance on production equipment.
- Work safely with PPE and follow safety rules.
- Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and production.
- Respond to on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
- Assist in breakdowns and repairs including pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical.
- Train fellow team members and follow inventory procedures
