Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Nashville, IL to join the Molding/Assembly Depts and support ongoing maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance and PLC experience, and is eager to learn and grow within the organization.

You will perform preventative maintenance on paint application equipment, troubleshoot and repair fluid delivery systems, and manage parts inventories. The role offers excellent benefits and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience working with paint equipment and/or mechanical equipment.
• One-year continuous work experience.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on paint application equipment to prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Takes appropriate corrective action to keep paint production operating at its fullest capacity.
• Troubleshoots and repairs fluid delivery equipment as needed or required. Maintains and rebuilds paint application equipment (paint guns, valves, fluid regulators, pumps, etc.).
• Requisitions necessary parts and determines required inventory levels.
