Job summary

WMFHA in Nashville, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Molding/Assembly Depts, supporting maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial maintenance, PLC experience, and a willingness to learn.

Pay range is $80,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, in addition to a signing bonus. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on paint application equipment, troubleshooting and repairing systems, and requisitioning parts to maintain

Qualifications

• Two years' experience working with paint equipment and/or mechanical equipment.
• One-year continuous work experience.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on paint application equipment to prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Takes appropriate corrective action to keep paint production operating at its fullest capacity.
• Troubleshoots and repairs fluid delivery equipment as needed or required. Maintains and rebuilds paint application equipment (paint guns, valves, fluid regulators, pumps, etc.).
• Requisitions necessary parts and determines required inventory levels.
