KMG Prestige in Kalkaska, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment community running smoothly. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests, perform apartment turns, and cover emergency on-call shifts.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and general residential repairs. You must be comfortable using hand and power tools and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge is required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical and drywall is expected.
• Appliance repair skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs is required.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Must be available for emergency on-call.
