KMG Prestige in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will maintain the property, handle service requests, apartment turns, and be available for emergency on-call.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge, experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and general residential maintenance. You will safely use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or experience with basic HVAC systems.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical and drywall tasks.
• Appliance repair skills or ability to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs and home maintenance tasks.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to be available for emergency on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's common areas and units.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to emergency on-call situations as needed.
