KMG Prestige in Lansing, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will oversee the ongoing maintenance of the property, handle service requests, perform apartment turns, and respond to emergency on-call situations to keep residents satisfied.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair, and can safely use hand and power tools to complete tasks promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills and knowledge of basic residential repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Available for emergency on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the property, including service requests and general upkeep.
