Edgewood Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for The Edge at Main in Somerville, NJ. This full-time role requires 3+ years of industry experience and hands-on expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems to maintain a quality residential portfolio.

You will supervise and coordinate maintenance staff when on-site, complete service requests promptly, ensure apartments are rent-ready, and support preventive maintenance planning while upholding safety and Fair

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in multi-family property.
• Experience with Real Page or similar property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems to maintain safety and standards.
• Oversee maintenance staff in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready and respond promptly to service requests.
• Assist in preventive maintenance scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain safety, building envelope, and compliance with laws.
