Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for our multi-family portfolio in Cherry Hill, NJ. This full-time role requires 3+ years of industry experience and responsibilities spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The position reports to the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, may assist in supervising technicians, and requires strong computer skills (Real Page, Excel, Word, Outlook). The candidate should live within 45 minutes of the property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of Real Page or similar program experience.
• EPA Type I and II certifications are referenced in job duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs to maintain community condition according to operating and safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and ensure timely repairs and turnover of vacant units.
• Oversee maintenance staff when the manager is not on-site.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as required.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and manage inventory of supplies.
