Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building maintenance.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• May lead junior team members and coordinate with external contractors to meet targets.
