Third Street Family Health Services seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to keep facilities safe, clean, compliant, and operationally ready to support patient care. You will provide senior guidance to technicians, coordinate daily maintenance, and serve as the primary maintenance resource for multiple clinic locations.

You will monitor work orders, address facility concerns, and escalate issues to the Director of IT and Facilities as needed, ensuring reliable services across sites.

Formación

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, building maintenance, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Health Center locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Performs hands-on maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and facility support activities.
• Coordinates daily maintenance assignments, priorities, schedules, and coverage based on facility needs and operational priorities.
• Provides senior-level technical guidance and day-to-day direction to Maintenance Technicians.
• Serves as a primary day-to-day maintenance resource for staff and clinic locations.
• Monitors work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and completion of assigned work.
• Escalates significant employee, facility, safety, financial, vendor, or operational concerns to the Director of IT and Facilities.
• Performs hands-on maintenance duties and provides coverage as needed to maintain operational needs.
