Job summary

Plansee Group's CERATIZIT site in Sacramento is looking for a Senior Technician to lead diagnostics, repairs and continuous improvement across our production and facility equipment.

You will mentor others, apply strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and work on PM schedules and infrastructure projects. Starting wage is $33-$38 per hour; comprehensive benefits and a drug-free workplace are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes
• Research and source appropriate repair parts
• Perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
• Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects
