Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot downtime issues and contribute to the development of long-term reliability solutions.
• Collaborate with CM/PM planners and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and document issues with detailed records and images.
