Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment is necessary.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance duties including repairs, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and operational.
• Maintain grounds free from trash and debris.
• Communicate with management on property cleanliness and safety.
• Attend staff meetings to discuss daily vendor appointments.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform necessary repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills

Valid driver’s license
