The role covers a range of technical duties including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, and general maintenance to uphold quality standards across the community. You will work with management to coordinate daily tasks, attend morning briefings, and ensure safety and cleanliness across amenity spaces.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3+ years of direct technical work experience in areas such as irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and functioning.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free from trash and debris.
• Conduct irrigation system repairs.
• Collaborate with management to keep the property clean, safe, and appealing.
