Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Lead Maintenance experience: 3 years (Required).
• Plumbing: 3 years (Required).
• Electrical: 3 years (Required).
• HVAC: 3 years (Required).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Assist with property upkeep, including painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
