BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support maintenance and make-readies at our property in Orlando. You will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory, and safety compliance while delivering professional service to residents and teams.

Essential duties include completing work orders, HVAC and appliance repairs, coordinating make-readies, supervising in absence of the Service Manager, and upholding OSHA safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.
• EPA 608 Type I/II/Universal certification required.
• Own hand tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish priorities and respond to service requests using industry technology.
• Complete maintenance, replacements, and upkeep including HVAC and appliances; assist with make-readies.
• Identify and report hazards and uphold preventive maintenance programs.
• Work with the Service Manager to schedule weekly make-readies and ensure move-in readiness.
