Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Sr Maintenance Technician to perform complex preventive maintenance and repairs across buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Under limited supervision, you will monitor building system operations and performance.

You will apply carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling skills to keep facilities safe and efficient. Experience in Building Services and trade certificates are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training.
• 2+ years of extensive practical Building Services experience.
• Certification in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, or related trades.
• Ability to interpret instructions and prepare routine reports.
• Ability to respond to inquiries and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for operation.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; maintain records.
• Review work orders and estimate materials and time.
