Job summary

Cox is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN. The role covers maintaining buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping; performing minor repairs to heating and air conditioning; basic carpentry; and general upkeep of tools and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Or 7 years' experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, and equipment for the site.
• Perform minor repairs on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Carry out routine carpentry for building maintenance.
• Replace worn parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts.
• Operate snow removal equipment for parking lots.
• Ensure equipment works to standards for the recon department.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
