Job summary
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain facility equipment and production machinery. You will use blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train teammates on best practices to ensure high equipment reliability.
You will support manufacturing operations, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of maintenance experience.
- Completion of a four-year training program in a related field, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and technical specs.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine corrective actions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Disassemble, repair, and reinstall machinery and components.
- Train and mentor others on maintenance processes and safety.
