Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 years’ packaging/equipment maintenance experience with emphasis on electrical installation and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, over wrappers, palletizers, shrink wrappers, casers, air compressors, and boilers.
• Certifications in basic electrical/mechanical work and schematic reading preferred.
• Experience operating boom and scissor lifts required.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and control wiring installations.
• Troubleshooting to component level; PLC understanding (not programming).
• Anchoring equipment and running conduit; pulling wire; termination of conductors.
• Maintenance and rebuilding of equipment; conveyors and robotics.
• Other routine maintenance duties.
