Job summary

UDR, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform multi-trade building maintenance at our Cool Springs apartment community. You will handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, ensure unit readiness, safety, and overall appearance, and assist in training newer technicians.

Qualifications

Certificate or degree in a technical field preferred.
3–5 years in building/mechanical maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
HVAC and carpentry knowledge a plus; EPA Type II/Universal cert required.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident requests and repair to standards and timelines.
Maintain community appearance: grounds, buildings, and common areas free of debris and safety issues.
Ensure apartments are ready for occupancy with maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
Keep tools, equipment, and workspace organized; assist in stocking inventory.
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
