Responsibilities

Performs journeyman level skilled maintenance and repair work in one or more trades listed.
Repairs water and sanitary fixtures; analyzes defects or malfunctions in plumbing systems.
Performs preventative maintenance on pneumatic control systems and building management systems.
Performs general maintenance on Fire control, CCTV, and access control equipment.
May supervise or provide lead worker duties for a small crew on a task.
