IPC is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd Shift. This role is essential for maintaining equipment and supporting the operation safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, installing electric motors, and conducting preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work with various tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming.
• Complete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processes.
