Job summary

MSD is seeking an experienced Senior Technician, Maintenance to join our facility and maintain critical hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. The role focuses on installation, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and building fixtures in a 12-hour night shift environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma with 7+ years of related experience or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years in industrial maintenance, plus a boiler license (or ability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree in a technical discipline with 2+ years of experience.
• Must have a third grade boiler license or able to obtain within 2 years (company sponsored).
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and audit PMs. Ensure parts lists are accurate and updated.
• Enter all information into EAM and track utilization; provide feedback on work performed.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily workload; escalate major issues to Maintenance Lead/Management.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
• Support team with motivation and engagement; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with maintenance team and other departments.
