Job summary

Fermented Food Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level #3 in Bear Creek, WI.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems to keep operations safe and efficient. You’ll diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, and support continuous improvement efforts with production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred for maintenance work.
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.
• Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and facility equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs during production and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read manuals and drawings; diagnose issues and test/adjust components.
• Use tools and meters safely and report issues to supervision.
