Job summary

MAT Holdings Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–1:30 am, Mon–Thu) with opportunities for overtime. The role focuses on electrical and hydraulic maintenance, welding, and fabrication to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of maintenance experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team while ensuring safety and quality in a high-demand production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2 years college preferred.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently repairs machinery with attention to detail to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Proactively assesses machinery for repair needs before breakdowns.
• Lead and coach other maintenance personnel and coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing and Production.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment meeting facility standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance initiatives.
