Job summary

Novolex in Kinston, NC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist II responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment, including thermoforming machines and auxiliary equipment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting and must be able to read and understand blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints with comprehension.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Perform all preventative maintenance on machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Rebuild machine parts as necessary.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment during the shift.
• Adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
