Job summary

Armada Staffing Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Grade 3 in New Haven, IN. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a manufacturing setting.

You will support installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and documentation are maintained. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, strong reading of blueprints, and a background in

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications preferred.
At least 5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.
Experience with fabrication, tooling, fixtures, and modifications.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specs to perform tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Lead or support equipment installations and upgrades.
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required.
Source parts, communicate with vendors, and maintain records.
