Qualifications

• 8+ years maintenance experience required or 5 years with a degree in mechanical/electrical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Repair all manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot to effective level.
• Mentor junior technicians and communicate parts inventory levels.
• Certify Junior technicians for promotions and training as needed.
• Lead maintenance shifts and implement preventive maintenance program.
• Record all work in CMMS and document spares, labor, and downtime.
• Attend shift handoffs and communicate progress.
