What You'll Do

You're not just turning wrenches—you’re keeping a community running. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to person for fixing things that matter. From patching drywall and unclogging drains to getting apartments ready for new residents, your job is to keep our residents comfortable, safe, and proud to call our property home. You'll work closely with the Service Manager and Community Manager, and you'll learn the ins and outs of maintaining high-quality apartment living.

Salary Range: $24 to $26 / hour

Typical Day Includes:

• Handling maintenance requests—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, you name it
• Turning over apartments so they’re move-in ready in 5–8 business days
• Keeping the property looking sharp inside and out
• Walking the property to spot problems before residents do
• Making sure common areas and the shop stay clean and organized
• Testing pool chemicals and handling snow removal when needed
• Attending training to build your skills and grow in the role
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or GED
• A solid work ethic and a "get it done" mindset
• Good with tools and your hands—maybe some experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry
• Great attitude with customers and teammates
• Ability to occasionally lift heavy stuff (up to 50 lbs), work in all kinds of weather, and walk the property regularly
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HVAC Type I & II certifications (or willingness to get them)
