LATICRETE International is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to install, start up and maintain plant equipment on the 2nd shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with occasional Friday OT. The role requires preventive maintenance planning, TPM execution and strong problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

You will diagnose complex electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems, perform repairs and support production with optimal equipment uptime while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance practices and TPM principles.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems desirable.

• Perform preventive maintenance and improve machine reliability.
• Repair, install and maintain machinery and equipment to OEM standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues on production equipment.

Join the family and expand your horizons!Just some of our benefits:MedicalDentalVision401kTuition reimbursement13 paid holidays in addition to paid vacation and sick timeFlexible spendingLife Insurance, AD&D and Supplemental InsurancePOSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Maintenance Technician provides expertise for equipment installation, start-up and maintenance of plant equipment.2nd shift is Monday-Thursday 4:00p-2:30a; Occasional day time OT on FridaysESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.1.Preventative Maintenance (40%)Perform routine tasks such as greasing bearings, changing belts, changing oil, performing inspections, cleaning equipment,etctomaintainequipment reliability.Support production workers during routine preventative maintenanceactivities; (TPM).Identifykey preventative tasks andimplement theminto company CMMS, to increase machine reliability.Optimizemachine cycle timesto maximizemachine output.**Equipment Repair (25%)**Install,repairandmaintainmachinery and mechanical equipment.Dismantle machineryto remove or replacedefective parts.Optimizeuse of maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies needed to repair equipment to OEM standards.Repair facility and building items as needed.Equipment Troubleshooting (25%)Identifycomplex electrical,mechanicaland pneumatic problems onproductionmachinery and facility equipment.Locates sources of problems byobservingmachinery in operation.Utilize tools to isolate malfunctioning equipment (ex. Multimeter, tachometer,calipers, etc.).Maximize machine output byoptimizingmachine cycle times.**Administrative (10%)**Log all work performed into the Company CMMS.Complete end of shift reports communicating between maintenance and production departments.Order replacement parts for stock or parts for repair.Work with other departmentsto schedule downtime for repairs.Performing housekeeping, making sureareais clean at all times.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
