Job summary

Uptown Rental Properties in the Cincinnati area is seeking a maintenance technician to perform a wide range of repairs and upkeep for our apartment communities. You will complete work orders, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and respond during on-call rotations to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and excels at customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders.
