The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. The technician ensures the safety and cleanliness of the property, maintains amenities, and responds to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. The position also involves supervising outside contractors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Estimated Rate of Pay: $26.04 – $29.12 per hour (non‑exempt position). The range reflects hourly rates based on skills, experience, location, and job complexity. It is a base rate only and does not include allowances, perks, commissions, or bonuses.
