Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work? We’re hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians across multiple premier properties in the Austin area for a respected, national owner-operator of luxury apartment communities.

As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining high-end apartment homes and community spaces. From HVAC and appliance repair to painting, plumbing, and carpentry—you’ll tackle it all. You'll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in apartment, hotel, commercial, or residential maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Familiarity with fire/life safety systems and smart work order tools
• EPA Type II and CPO certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• A team-first attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotations
