Summary

The Senior Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance and repairs across the property, including common areas and facilities. The role requires skilled tradespeople who can work independently and proactively to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, stucco, fencing, painting, concrete, asphalt, lighting, flooring, insulation, masonry, tile, electrical, plumbing, power washing, welding, hardware, gutter, door/window repairs, and property inspections.
• Manage repairs and maintenance tasks independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Skilled in multiple trades with journeyman-level carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or trade training preferred.

Language Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable.

Availability

Available during regular and after-hours as needed.
