Job summary

KPS Global is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Tech to join the Maintenance Department at our Piney Flats, TN facility. The role focuses on installation, repair and preventative maintenance of production equipment and facilities to keep operations safe and productive.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience, HS diploma, and proficiency with PLCs, electrical/mechanical systems, and MS Office. The position offers growth in a modern manufacturing culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Able to read schematics, diagrams, and measuring devices; troubleshoot PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties in accordance with Quality and Safety Management System requirements.
• Troubleshooting production equipment, hoists, tooling, and company vehicles.
• Repairing and installing electrical and mechanical systems including PLCs.
• Reading schematics, blueprints, and service manuals to determine maintenance needs.
• Fabricating production/facility systems using welding, plumbing, and pipefitting.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Handling material movement and using powered industrial trucks as required.
• Completing and maintaining all related electronic processes and paperwork.
