Job summary

KPS Global LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Tech to join the Maintenance Department. The role covers installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of production equipment, tools, facilities, and vehicles to keep operations safe and productive and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems including PLCs, reading schematics, fabricating complex production/facility systems, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining 5S

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Able to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and measuring devices.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems including PLCs.
• Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties in accordance with Quality/ Safety Management System and Code of Conduct requirements.
• Operating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic powered tools.
• Troubleshooting production equipment, powered industrial trucks, hoists, tools, and company vehicles.
• Repairing and installing complex electrical and mechanical systems such as hydraulic/pneumatic pumps and PLCs.
• Reading schematics, diagrams, and service manuals to determine maintenance needs.
• Fabricating production/facility systems using welding, milling, plumbing, and pipefitting.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving parts using powered equipment.
• Completing checklists, paperwork, and barcoding for materials.
• Maintaining 5S housekeeping standards.
