Job summary

iAnthus is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to safeguard the operational integrity of our facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver’s license.
Minimum of three years’ experience in general maintenance.
Completion of vocational training programs or technical certifications in electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance or related fields is highly preferred.
Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics and other relevant technical skills for equipment maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose equipment malfunctions and issues efficiently.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in fast-paced environments, and respond promptly to maintenance needs.
Understanding of safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
Reliability is a must and effective communication with team members is essential.
Green Flower or Ganjier certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and machinery (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine checks and lubrication.
Diagnose malfunctions, replace parts, and use tools to complete repairs.
Maintain facility systems including plumbing, lighting, HVAC and building infrastructure.
Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and generate reports as needed.
Coordinate with vendors to schedule maintenance and minimize operational disruption.
Communicate status updates and recommendations to supervisors and colleagues.
Calibrate machinery to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
