Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep processing and packaging lines running safely and efficiently. You will perform routine and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires leadership and strong technical skills, with potential supervisory duties for PM programs and coordination with production teams.

Qualifications

• Four years of maintenance/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading electrical prints and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup and rebuilds as needed.
• Lead and mentor new Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• Maintain PM program records and logs and ensure compliance with safety policies.
