Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Little Chute, Wisconsin seeks an Industrial Maintenance General Worker for the 2-2-3 night schedule (6pm–6am). Starting rate $30.33/hr with $1.50 night premium, plus potential raises and Sunday double time.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install, update and repair equipment.
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining high quality.
• Repair or replace valves and pumps (seals, steam, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.).
• Perform basic electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads).
• Perform basic pipe fitting as directed.
• Handle all equipment and chemicals safely.
