Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore Senior Communities is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to manage site maintenance, coach staff, and interact with residents and vendors. The role emphasizes independent work, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of service requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Three years’ experience in maintenance operations including general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of HVACR desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day coaching to maintenance staff.
• Monitors attendance logs and documents variances.
• Ensures completion of Facilities Service Requests in a timely manner.
• Provides on-call emergency response as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance, painting, and repairs.
• Repairs structural elements and furnishings.
• Inspects buildings for regulatory compliance and safety.
• Maintains maintenance records and warranties.
