Job summary

Matthews International in Pittsburgh is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician for our Bronze Foundry. You will maintain, install and repair facility equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and respond quickly to keep production running.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plc experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, budgeting and project management skills.
• Able to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, install and repair facility equipment per OEM specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to maintain production flow.
• Follow safety programs and OSHA rules; keep work area clean.
• Repair, install and upgrade equipment; diagnose electrical systems.
• Mentor teammates and coordinate activities to meet goals.
• Assist training and input for other departments as needed.
