Job summary

Paycom in Eugene, OR is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to manage a multi-family property. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and coordinating make-readies with leasing staff.

This role requires a current journeyman HVAC license and substantial maintenance experience. Ability to work under deadlines, participate in after-hours emergency on-call, and maintain safety and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a current journeyman, or above, license in Heating and Air Conditioning.
• Significant experience in plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document work performed on service requests and report to supervisor by end of day.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete makeready checklists.
• Coordinate makeready status with leasing staff and maintain inventory control.
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficiency.
• Perform emergency after-hours maintenance as required.
• Ensure safety standards and close coordination with onsite management.
