Willow Bridge Property Company in Sunset Corners, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family community. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure work meets WBPC quality standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, strong safety discipline, and the ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train staff across trades to assess function and repair needs.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff on daily activities.
• Hire, train, and develop staff following safety policies.
• Lead safety meetings and participate in department meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Prepare specifications for major projects and solicit bids; supervise vendor work.
• Manage department budget and inventory of maintenance supplies.
