Qualifications

• 5-7 years of maintenance, manufacturing, or related supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising a multi-trade workforce.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and concepts.
• Experience promoting and maintaining a safe industrial work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift, including weekends and overtime.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Skilled trades training or equivalent technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and actively support corporate safety policies and plant housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
• Support goals related to Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC).
• Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
• Assist with implementing divisional and corporate policies.
• Maintain project schedules and quality requirements.
• Enforce safety practices and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Train, develop, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate maintenance resources, materials, and equipment to support operations.
• Monitor maintenance performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
