Job summary
Arlon Graphics, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 200,000+ square-foot facility in Placentia, CA. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate contractors, and drive preventive maintenance to improve uptime and safety.
The role requires extensive troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus experience with CMMS, Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs. Strong leadership and cross‑functional communication are essential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ in supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic blueprints.
- Experience with CMMS to track work orders and PMs.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians to minimize downtime and improve response time.
- Develop technician capabilities for independent troubleshooting.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
- Plan weekly maintenance schedules and major repairs.
- Ensure safety compliance and calibration program adherence.
- Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams.
